5 Day Positive Challenge – Day 5 – Celebration Day!

I do my affirmations in the morning. I like to do it in front of the mirror and I even write them in my mirror .. that way I can easily remember them whenever I am in front of it.

So for those that are new to affirmations, Affirmations are positive statements designed to build self-esteem. Affirmations make you feel good about yourself and motivate you to do pursue your goals.

Things to keep in mind when setting affirmations

1- Keep them positive

2- Use present tense

3- Be short and to the point

For example:

I AM BEAUTIFUL

I AM SMART

I MANAGE MY TIME WELL

I AM CREATIVE

I AM HEALTHY

I AM LOVE
