Are you Nervous or Excited?

We need to train our minds to choose the right wording.

For example, I am getting close to give a speech to a group of kids, my heart is racing, I can barely breath and I am sweating … I will never say I am nervous .. I will keep telling myself slow down you are too EXCITED, THIS IS PURE EXCITEMENT.

Is better to convince your subconscious mind that you are excited and not that you are nervous.

Try it yourself, you will realized there is a huge different on how you react to it after your affirmation of being excited and NOT nervous.

Proverbs 16:24Says Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.

You need to learn to use the right word as what comes out of your mind or mouth, will affect the outcome and how things feel.

This is similar to the speech of the glass being half full or half empty. Are you half full? Or are you Half Empty?
