5 Day Positive Challenge – Day 3

So today we are going to tackle the issue of bad programming

Too many thoughts or phrases become so normal we don’t even realize how bad they are for us. For example:

I can’t do it —  instead of HOW I CAN DO IT

I’ll never —  instead of I WILL

I’m not —  instead of I AM

It is imperative we remove these bad programming from us so that we can reach our full potential.

My mom will remind us very often that:

* WE ARE THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN HOLD US BACK FROM OUR DREAMS.

* AND WE ARE OUR BIGGEST ENEMY.

And isn’t that so true?

So, our goal is to remove those bad programmings or thoughts that are not raising us high or helping us really move forward. Now, when we remove something we need to replace it with the counterpart or the positive part. This is something I did not understand at the beginning but later on, it hit me.

So if you want to remove negativity, replace it with positivity. Always be clear what is it you are inviting in your life as a replacement for what you are removing. If you look hard enough, there is a positive to every negative… find it and hold on to it.
