So, For the next four days (or even better, for as long as you are alive), I challenge you to commit to this simple task, Responding and not Reacting.

The truth is, we often react without thinking—. Responding is taking the situation in—, and deciding the best course of action based on what you think is right.

SO when you have an anger reaction—, pause—, take a breath—, and think—. Remember that what you say you cannot take back and something is better to just

The main thing to learn is mindfulness.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is watching ourselves when something happens to discover how our minds react.

So when something happens, DO NOT REACT but remember to pause—and breath.

After you pause, you can consider what’s the best, compassionate response—-. What can you do make things better?

At first, you might mess up. But in time, you’ll learn to watch this reaction, and you’ll get better at the pause.

In other words, be more mindful next time something happens. Take note of what triggered your reaction, and pay attention when something like that happens again. Be mindful—, pause—, then consider a thoughtful, compassionate response.

Remember: “My thoughts direct my attention and my attention directs my life.” YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CREATE THE LIFE THAT YOU WANT.
