So here are the TOP 5 things I do to stay positive, happy, and laser target into my goal.
1- Gratitude List Sounds complicated but is not. Get a notebook like this one and write down 5 things you are thankful for and feel it .. I repeat FEEL IT.
For example, I am thankful and grateful I get to stay home and be homeschool. Then close your eyes and feel it .. be sure you are really grateful .. not just writing things that do not even make sense to you.
Is all about gratitude my friend .
2- Journal I get many questions about why I carry a book at all times and I am always writing on it. The most important things is that I write in the present tense for example
I hope I get to go to Disneyland .. WRONG!!! I am happy and thankful I get to go to Disneyland for Christmas!!!
3- FAKE IT UNTIL YOU BECOME IN other words, ask yourself if I want to be a youtube star. How would I spend the day? How will I talk? Which conference will I go to? Which famous youtube star I want to be like? This is important as they will be your mentor. Or an example of the person you want to be and you should imitate.
4- DREAM Board or Binder Get pictures of the things you want. Look at the pictures daily as many times as you can. And feel it .. If you have a picture of Disney Land there .. close your eyes and feel the feeling of being there so excited and happy.
5- Be grateful Be thankful all day long for things. Like I an so grateful for this juice, or my pillow or my room or my book or the fresh air .. everything .. be GRATEFUL and FEEL IT. DO not be negative, look for the positive in everything around you.
