♦ PLEASE HIT THAT WILD RED BUTTON AND SUBSCRIBE♦ ☽PLEASE SHARE THE LOVE BY SHARING THIS VIDEO☾ Today I would like to share with you what I have learned so far in terms of confidence and what I do to stay on the right track. 1- Believe that you are valuable. Get up in the morning and stand in front of the mirror and repeat as many times as needed, I AM AMAZING
I AM WELL ABLE
I AM CAPABLE
I AM STRONG
I HAVE THE FAVOR OF GOD
This affirmation will raise your self-esteem and you will start feeling stronger and see things differently.
2- Be Optimistic. NO matter what, refrain yourself from any negative thought. ONLY POSITIVE THINKING IS ALLOW. If you happen to have a negative thought, cast it away and replace with affirmations like the one I mentioned before.
3- Celebrate every step on your journey. If you were able to accomplish something, celebrate. It does not have to be a big party, but go get something you like and smile and dance and celebrate you did the first step. This will pump you up to continue moving forward.
4- Find Support. Talk to your mentor or someone that can understand and support you in your journey. Don’t have anyone? Then talk to GOD, or write it down in your special notebook. The reality is that you are enough and the person you need to make it happen.
They say that confidence comes from our genes our environment in other words .. everything around you, for example our decision and choices and how you respond to the world around you.
Remember, the connections in your brain will grow and get stronger the more you practice or do something. People with a GROWTH Mindset will have more chances to succeed. And is up to you if you want to have a growth mindset or not.
Be positive. Be strong. Be determine. You can accomplish anything you believe you can. If you can see it in your mind, you can make it happen. Believe my friend. There are endless possibilities for us.
