Sometimes we get caught off trying to change too many things at the same time. Like instead of getting up at 8:00 you want to get up at 5:00 am. This is too much of a drastic change and trust me, it will be hard .. really hard to accomplish.
That is why I believe, we as kids should embrace the 1% change rule. Imagine that every you change one simple thing, it could be waiting up just 15 minutes before to have enough time to get ready, then a week later getting up 30 minutes before so you can dedicate 15 minutes to reading or meditation.
Same applies to other changes like adding amazing affirmations. Set weekly goals to repeat your affirmations in the mirror every morning, use a check list if needed to remind you. Once you can do one thing consistent for a week, then add something new.
If whatever you added does not seem right or you were not able to be fully consistent, then either try another week or put it aside and try something else.
We are all different so is hard to know what will work for me and what will work for you.
So give it a try my friend, you will see your life wonβt be the same if you apply this rule for a year π
