Hi, guys is me SKY and today we are going to talk about how to CREATE OUR DAY before we even get out of the bed.
So usually we roll out the best after we either hear our moms yelling at us is time to get up or the darn alarm start screaming. That is not the right way to get up. As we just jump out of the best and try to deal with whatever comes our way.
Tomorrow I challenge you to make your day .. your way.
So the first thing you should do is to be sure you go to bed on time. Be sure you have enough hours to sleep and recover. Before you go to bed talk to yourself, yes I mean yourself. And remind yourself that it is imperative you get up at a certain time (which for me is usually 15 minutes before my alarm). Repeat the command to yourself a couple of times. Then you are ready to go to sleep.
To your surprise you will be up without the need of your mom or the alarm. But wait, do not get out of the bed yet. It is time to create your day.
Say aloud (if you can)
Today is going to be an amazing day.
Today homework will be so simple and I will get to finish it all before noon. Today I will be able to finish all my violin pieces with an almost perfect practice.
Today I will get to meet someone amazing, someone that will help me accomplish my goal.
Today I will laugh so much my belly will hurt.
Then after that I usually do some breathing to send extra oxygen to my brain. then up I go to start enjoying my super amazing day.
Try it out .. I know many people are doing it. You have nothing to lose but a super duper amazing day to gain.
