As part of our community of “world-changers”, our purpose is to give kids the tools to create their own legacy.

So How do we do that? By the power of a community …. and the support of strong leaders that serve as mentors and coaches.

For example, I have mentioned before that I play the violin. And I love and I am really good at it. But I got good because I have a coach that keep me focus on my goal. She kept pushing me step by step into who I am today. She expected me to comply to all her request without even questioning her. She expected me to practice daily and report weekly to evaluate my progress.

Now, if sport and music people use coaches to help them become the best in their field, why don’t we also get a coach to help us in our business entrepreneurship life.

You see, we don’t even realize the influence we have and the impact we can create if we have the right mentor behind us. We all need mentors, sport mentors, spiritual mentors, business mentors.

Find a good mentor and start moving on in the right direction.

Changing the world doesn’t mean we have to all be doing big things. Changing the world means FIRST that we need to change and morphs into the person we are destined to be so we can change the world for the best.
