So, For the next three days, I challenge you to commit to this simple task, to stay POSITIVE
I have come to realize that Complaining is the absolute worst possible thing you can do to your happiness, your health your entire life.
So Our main goal is to focus on the power of positivity get rid of the negative and replaced it with something positive.
For example, let’s say that my brother said something that hurt my feelings. This is the perfect time to remind myself that my happiness does not depend on other people but myself. I will smile and walk away and drink some water or maybe even listen to some music. And that’s it, I was in control of the situation. And now I will put it aside and don’t even think about it again.
This example also applies when someone cut in front of us in the line or was yelling at us for things we don’t even know what it was.
There are a few questions I want you to ask at the end of the day?
* How many times did you have to remind yourself to stop thinking negatively?
* What strategies did you use to remind yourself to stay positive when something didn’t go your way?
Now, keep in mind that if during the next 5 days you fail to stay positive in whatever situation you encounter, you will have to start all over again.
When a negative thought comes to you, cast it away and find solutions. If there is nothing you can do about it, then even better, do not worry about the things you cannot change.
